The Hindu thought of life, however, has kept the flame of spiritual-healing burning amidst the advancements in science and technology.
The body itself actually consists of seven primary and literally thousands of secondary chakras. “Chakra” is Sanskrit for “wheel of light,” and according to this belief, these chakras vibrate and rotate without stopping when the human body is healthy.
When the Chakras become unbalanced it will result in an imbalance in the body and health and performance suffer as a result. Because of this, Chakra Balancing is necessary to the maintenance of a healthy body, mind and soul.
The chakras can be thought of as “entrance gates” of the aura and the central points that obtain, convey and incorporate life force energy within the body. The seven main chakras are situated along the central line of the body “from the base of the spine to the top of the head.” These seven main chakras take in and then transmit energies to and from celestial bodies, nature, the universe and even other people.
What distorts Chakra Balancing?
There can be a blockage in one or more of the Chakras causing energy to flow improperly resulting in an imbalance ultimately causing problems that manifest in the physical world.
When the Chakras are functioning harmoniously, there can be a number of reasons why they distort: ill health, unhealthy eating patterns, stress, toxicity exposure, lack of exercise, shutdown of emotion and expression, a breakdown between perceived truths and what is taking place, traumas from childhood, emotional injuries, and cultural conditions.
Chakra Healing - The Key to Health and Happiness
The natural harmonious functioning of Chakras is a utopian idea. Therefore, human endeavor has always been to correct this distortion and strike a fine balance between these Chakras. The concept of self-healing is also loosely based on Chakra balancing.
Our shapes, glandular processes, continuing physical ailments and negative thoughts and behaviors can easily be changed through Chakra balance. Balancing allows these limitations to be overcome, and those who constantly work towards achieving harmonious Chakra functioning will attain as a bi-product a healthy mind, body and soul.

Chakra Balancing in ones body can be achieved by employing different techniques. Primarily, you can use one or more of the following techniques in order to harmonize the Chakra functioning in your body:
* Reiki and other medicinal therapies
* Yoga (including breathing exercises) and Meditation
* Physical exercise
* Color/Light Therapy
* Gems and Crystals
*Utilization of hands and pendulums in balance
* Aromatherapy
*Utilizing touch therapy
* Positive Thinking
* Binaural Sound Frequencies
* Practicing or using hypnosis and doing affirmations
Our bodies are comprised of energy, and in them, spent energy is disposed of and released by the bodily organs and then replenished with new energy supplies.
Chakra balancing ensures that this energy is gained and utilized by the body optimally, and all vital organs and body cells get their fair share of this energy.
When you’re optimized in this way, you have health, happiness and inner peace naturally. In balancing your chakras, you simply bring them back to their natural state of frequency and vibration.
